Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Payment Pro Myanmar (“PProMM”, “we”, “us”) receipt verification service, API and review console at ppromm.com. By using the service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.

1. The service

PProMM provides an API that verifies mobile wallet and mobile banking payment receipts (such as KPay, Wave and MMQR) using AI and rule checks, and returns a verdict of approved, pending review, or rejected with reason codes. Staff reviewers may manually confirm or reject submissions in the review console.

2. Accounts and access

Staff accounts are granted by an administrator. You must keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account. Merchants receive API keys to call the service; keys must be kept secret. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or suspected security compromise.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Submit receipts or content you do not have the right to process.
Use the service to facilitate fraud, money laundering, or unlawful payments.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, or circumvent the AI pipeline or rate limits.
Share API keys publicly or embed them in client-side code exposed to end users.
Use the service in a way that violates applicable Myanmar or international law.

4. Verification accuracy

Verdicts are produced by automated AI analysis and rule checks, with human review for uncertain cases. PProMM does not guarantee that any verdict is correct. A verdict is a risk-assessment signal to support your decision-making; it does not constitute payment confirmation by a bank or payment provider. You remain responsible for the final decision to fulfil an order or release goods or services.

5. Billing and credits

New merchant accounts receive a trial credit balance. Paid plans grant a fixed number of verifications valid for 12 months from purchase, with a 30-day grace period to use remaining credits. A verification is billable when a unique payment receipt is processed to a final verdict. Unreadable images, non-receipt content, AI errors, and duplicate submissions of the same transaction within 24 hours are not billable. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Prices are stated in Myanmar Kyat (MMK).

6. Data and content

You retain ownership of the receipts and data you submit. You grant PProMM a licence to process that data solely to provide the verification service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and consents to submit end-user receipt data, including any data-protection notices required under applicable law. 7. Webhooks and integration

You are responsible for configuring your webhook endpoint to receive signed callbacks and for verifying signatures. PProMM is not liable for delivery failures caused by your endpoint being unavailable or rejecting requests.

8. Service availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.

9. Intellectual property

PProMM, the PProMM logo, and the service are owned by us. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the API to integrate verification into your application. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or proprietary technology.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PProMM is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including any loss arising from acting on a verification verdict. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold PProMM harmless from claims arising from your use of the service, your submission of content, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

12. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your API keys are revoked and remaining credits are forfeited, except where law requires otherwise.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify merchants of material changes and post the updated date above. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Union of Myanmar. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Yangon, unless you and we agree otherwise.
